Remote Online Notarization is the process of notarizing your documents completely virtually. We provide this service to Florida and Non-Florida residents as well as Internationals. You can be anywhere in the world to get your documents digitally signed and notarized as long as you have your an internet enabled device, wifi or internet signal, and your documents. Online notarizations is an approved process in the state of Florida.

What is remote online notarization?A process where your documents are signed and notarized completely online via audio and video conferencing.

What if my document needs witnesses?We can provide up to two witnesses for an additional $5 fee per witness. You can provide your own witnesses as well. Each witness will need their ID, own device, and email.

Can any notary do a remote online notarization for me?No, the notary must be certified by the state to do online notarizations. This is additional to their original notary commission.

Do my documents have to be from Florida?No, we can notarize for all U.S. states and territories.

How much does it cost?Florida mandates a $25 per online notarial act per notarized signer. In addition to this charge is a small platform fee of $11.99-$14.99 (link to service providers page) per session. Rush orders incur an additional fee

Do I have to be in Florida to use your services?U.S. and outside the U.S. if minimum requirements are met.

Which platforms do you use?We currently use CyberizeIt and Notary Live for our online notary services. They are Mismo certified and Florida approved.

What are the system requirements?Google Chrome/Firefox (latest versions), Safari, IOS operating systems (latest version) Audio/Video capabilities

Is online notarization secure?Yes. Each signer must go through a 2 step credential analysis process and knowledge base authentication (KBA) First, you must answer 4 out of 5 KBA questions correctly . Then, you will upload your identification and take a selfie of yourself. Once this is approved, you will proceed in the online session. If you fail identity verification, you will still incur the platform fee EVERY TIME. We will not refund this as it goes straight to the platform Cyberize It/NotaryLive.

What type of identification do I need?Drivers license, Identification card issued by a state or territory of the U.S. Passport issued by the U.S. Department of State YOU MUST HAVE A CREDIT REPORT AND LIVED IN THE U.S. AT LEAST FOR 3-5 YEARS TO DO REMOTE ONLINE NOTARIZATION. THE SYSTEM USES IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION FROM THESE REPORTS TO PROPERLY ID YOU.
